I cannot say enough great things about this office! Starting with my first call with Dr. Roche, he gave his honest opinion regarding the treatments I was interested in and what results I should expect. Next was my my call with Tracy to set everything up, another great and easy call. My first appointment I was anxious and nervous (maybe a little embarrassed) having to be barely clothed for measurements. But, the minute I was in the room I felt completely at ease! Tracy and Jenny are amazing, fun and knowledgeable! I’m so happy with my results so far! The only bad thing is not being able to keep going back! Thanks to the Drew and Mike podcast for talking about 44,000 sit ups on your show😂, you sold me and I’m thrilled with my results!

I was seen on 5/2/23 for breast augmentation. I absolutely love my new breast. Dr Roche is an excellent surgeon very knowledgeable and straight up honest and to the point highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in any of the services he has to offer. The staff are also amazing and so kind they help walk and talk you through any of your concerns or questions. Highly recommend his office. Thankyou guys again I’ll be a returning patient for any of my cosmetic needs in the future! 🙂

I personally loved this place. They truly do care about your pregnancy the wait times are you know a little off like these comments are saying. They’re not always on time but they do provide you with the best service.. I was not considered high risk but I seen them like I was and I can honestly say all of them care. Thank you jenn and staff

I think it’s new staff here, the environment just seem to be much more inviting than other times my Gf and I visited this location during her pregnancy. The nurses, mid wives, front desk where all super courteous. Taylor is incredible! We live about 10 mins away so this is usually our go too! If Taylor ever runs for office, city council, mayor, president, a marathon etc. She’s got my vote!

I have been to Dr. Zaiden since 2013 for endometriosis removal (7 surgeries total since 2007 for me) and shortly before the pandemic I got frustrated with never being able to see the actual Dr (not a P.A.) so I switched. I recently switched back because I literally cannot find any other Dr that treats endometriosis as well as these people do. 2 appointment’s and 2 weeks later and not only do I have a hysterectomy scheduled, but my daughter’s female issues are being investigated and taken seriously after 4 years of no help from other Drs. I personally had no issues with someone answering the phone or getting an appointment. Kaylee (Dr Zaidens P.A.) is thorough and knowledgeable as well as being friendly and really listening to all concerns. THANK YOU!!

I see other reviews about wait time/not getting in right away especially as a new patient, people don’t understand some offices are specialists not ER’s or Urgent Cares. Some are from people who have never even seen the providers. One stars can be detrimental, and this office deserves 5 and above. I was a new patient and was extremally satisfied with them getting me in in under 2 weeks. Practically no wait in the lobby, clean office, and they even made sure to double check my blood pressure before I left, which my last office has been monitoring my blood pressure since I have been 15 and it’s always been high and they never brought it to my attention. Granted most can be your nerves, it’s a small thing they took the extra caring step to do. They talk to you like you’re an actual person. Amber is so insanely nice and I’m so glad in the specialty they’re in they found such a warm and welcoming staff and providers as an OBGYN can be a little scary regardless of what you’re coming in for. Please don’t let a few one stars with not one star worthy experiences make you stray from picking them as your provider.
