Honestly When I found out I had herpes, I was completely lost because I didn’t know what to do and I worried about how the incident would affect my relationship. Friendly staff

(despite anyone else’s feelings towards him which has never and will never change my feelings towards him) I have known Dr. Zaidan since I was 15 years old when he first started out in the old building, did my externship with him, and also worked for him for nearly a year as his medical assistant in regular OB/GYN care and closely with him during in-office procedures, voluntarily. I know that many have good and bad experiences in different hospitals in the area myself included, I also know that a lot of his patients over the years have formed opinions of him good and bad. But to me he is by far one of the best OB/GYN’s and surgeons I have ever met and is one of the highest ranked endometriosis surgeons in the state of Michigan. Thank you to the man himself Dr. Zaidan. First and foremost, I would not have lived to see my 20th birthday had you not saved my life 10 days prior. I also would not be here right now to thank you for doing everything in your power medically to take my pain away. No matter what anyone says or feels towards you in my eyes you will always be the doctor who not only saved my life but did everything he possibly could do to help me not be in pain anymore for all of this I will always have the deepest gratitude for you. I also want to thank you for molding me into a more knowledgeable, harder working, and more dedicated medical professional to my patients in addition to my coworkers. Without your guidance, patience, empathy, and compassion I may not be doing so well in my career today. So, with the deepest gratitude and utmost respect thank you for being my doctor, my advocate, and one of my mentors over the years. P.S. to those reviewers commenting on the length of time for appointments with Dr. Zaidan, speaking from professional experience working closely with him and as a patient knowing him as long as I have, #1 he has a lot of patients to see and patients waiting to see him. I know wait times can be long, but he is well worth the wait and as far as he books out sometimes wait the time to see him because getting in to see him is pure luck sometimes. Also, like I stated above he is by far one of the best surgeons I have ever met and in the state. Please don’t discount him because of wait times or even if you may be had a bad experience because he is 1 man, 1 doctor, but he will do everything medically within his power to help his patients and does it with the greatest compassion and empathy. Thank you to Kaylee for being so kind and gracious with all my questions and quick responses to me and putting up with some of my craziness when I get anxious about some of the things I have went through. Thank you to all the staff at Women’s Excellence who have been helping me throughout this ordeal but especially in the last week from Sandy his surgery scheduler, to Kelly his ultrasound tech, to Marisa, to all of you girls I know you all work hard and long hours to keep this place at it’s best. Keep going, don’t give up, some of us patients appreciate all of you and everything you do especially all the hard work and hours you all put in. Andrea is amazing

Dr. Roche and his team could not have given me a better experience with my surgery. I got rhinoplasty in May and things could not have gone more smooth. Tracy and Jenny truly make you feel so comfortable and answer all of your questions before hand. Dr. Roche was very professional and honest about what to expect with surgery and the results. On surgery day Tracy calmed all the nerves before hand and took such good care of me. Two months post op right now and my results are so natural looking and healing amazing. If I ever wanted more cosmetic surgery Dr.Roche would be the only place I would go to. 10/10 recommend.

Been here twice now and I’m so glad I gave this place a chance despite the reviews! Everyone here is so helpful, warm and friendly. You get your lab results quickly and if there is an issue they communicate with you and prescribe you meds without having to go back in. They make everything so convenient. They have a phlebotomist next door that is friendly and does a great job. I’m very happy with their service.
