Quick, efficient, and fantastic staff!

I have been going to Dr Pugmire for 11 years, quite awhile before he became affiliated with Women’s Excellence. They were very fortunate to have him join their team of Drs. He is a very compassionate and knowledgeable Dr. I was diagnosed with stage three uterine cancer 10 years ago and credit him to the fact that I am here today to write this review. He always takes time for questions and you never feel rushed. He is very gentle and has a kind heart. I wish there were more Drs like Dr Pugmire!!!

All I have to say is Jen and Anthony deserve an award for the work they do. My whole pregnancy they made me feel special and a priority anything I needed they were there to make sure I was good. Jen was getting ready to get off work and I went into labor she stayed pass her time just to deliver my baby she stayed with me the whole time and I really appreciate her for that. Even after she checked on me and help me through my postpartum depression. This is the best OBGYN clinic in MI to me they really care.

I had a wonderful experience during my appointment. Nurse Practitioner, Heather was incredibly thorough, took her time, and made sure I never felt rushed. She answered all of my questions with care and professionalism. I also want to recognize Kathryn, the spectacular medical assistant, who was beyond phenomenal—so kind, helpful, and attentive. The whole visit was smooth and comforting thanks to both of them. I would highly recommend them with the utmost respect.

Dr. Pugmire was very thorough in his explanation of my procedure and answering any questions and concerns. Able to schedule quickly procedure quickly.

I just want to tell Dr Erin thank you so much for calling me back n explaining everything I didn’t understand from my yesterday visit. An I apologize for thinking negatively, its been a very frustrating n painful 3 months with several several trips to ER n not one of them doing a single thing to help me. She only one who gave me a proper diagnosis, finally. I could’ve handled my uneasy feeling differently n I do apologize for that. I truly appreciate what’s she’s doing to help me with my situation and am very glad I went to her . I’m not used to doctors being generally nice n meaning it like her I was wrong and took it like the rest of them I’ve seen who made me feel like I was crazy n nothing was at all wrong with me n sent me home. I was even set up with a rectal prolapse surgeon out of Saginaw but got a call from them before they even seen me stating that I don’t have one if I don’t have intestines out of me so they were cancelling my appointment. The treatment I’ve been given my Marlette ER, Lapeer ER and port Huron was absolutely appalling. I’m really happy that I found out about your office. Look forward to seeing yall next time. I have been going here for years and love this care team! The ultrasound tech is so friendly and puts you at ease while running the tests. The phlebotomist is so gentle and caring. Dr. Zaidan is extremely knowledgeable and so great at explaining things to you. I have had multiple procedures done under Dr. Zaidan’s guidance and have improved tremendously!

Everyone is very helpful and will tell you what’s going on. I’ve gone there a long time very happy with them
