The new AI system is very frustrating. There is a total breakdown in communication. It is very impersonal and when it comes to healthcare, it needs to be personal. I would prefer to talk to a real person when I am talking about my health. 3 of my friends also see Women’s Excellence doctors and they have all complained to me and their office about it. We have talked extensively about it and not one good thing was said.

Everyone is always very friendly. The wait time if any is very minimal.
