Megan from the Clarkston office is the most wonderful person I have dealt with from this office . She has been so helpful with helping me out to get appointments, scheduling my surgery, pre-op appointments and making sure the correct medications went to the right pharmacy. I did run into a few issues with scheduling and getting the correct prescriptions over the past year or so. It was very frustrating.. Once Megan reached out to me and said she would be more than happy to help, I haven’t had any issues. Megan personally went out of her way more than once to make sure my experiences ran smoothly after I hand some issues. If it wasn’t for her I would have switched offices. I love Dr. Zaidan, he did one of my surgeries and will be doing another one soon. But after running into what seemed like a brick wall, I was ready to find another doctor or go back to my previous one. Megan reached out, and made sure I had everything I needed. Gave me her personal number, and said if I need anything she will help. And I did take her up on that. And she has been so sweet, kind, compassionate , and EXTREMELY helpful. I really hope her manager see’s and recognizes what an asset she is. I told Dr. Zaidan when I had my last visit with him how amazing she is . When I see him for my surgery, I am going to let him know again. I wanted to get a gift card for her so I asked her what kind of coffee she likes and she said, I appreciate it, but it is not necessary. It makes me happy that I able to help so much you I, and that is enough for me. 💕 Megan is a great asset of this office and group of providers! She deserves a BIG raise and a lot of recognition for all she does for the office and their patients.
