I’m only a third of the way through the BBL process, but so far I’m having a good experience. There was a power issue at my first appointment that was not their fault at all. They were very apologetic and did what they could to accommodate my appointment, which I really appreciated since I don’t live near their office. Tracy was very friendly and professional during the BBL application, answering all my questions. The office staff was also great throughout both of my visits so far. I’ll update after the process is complete in a few months.
