This place is always so great. I have suffered with endometriosis for around 8 years now and this is THE ONLY place that understands. Dr. Zaiden is a godsend. The staff Ashlee, Anna, Stephanie, Beth and Sue are always warm and welcoming, fast and through. The Clarkston location is also amazing.

Dr. Roche and his amazing staff are wonderful! They are kind, truly caring, and so helpful. I’ve had two procedures done by Dr. Roche and they have exceeded my hopes and expectations! His work is phenomenal and he and his staff go above and beyond for you. What he has done for me is life changing, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! I wanted to update my review. Since my last review I’ve had a few rounds of Botox and Restylane. Dr. Roche, Tracey, and Mimi were so so amazing to me, they took the time to explain to me each different injection and what it was good for. I am so pleased with my results, they are even better than I expected. It was Mimi who told me about Botox and suggested that based on what I told her about the lines that bothered me, Botox was my best bet. She was right and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Dr. Roche and Tracey are always so patient and caring and always take the time to answer any and all questions I may have. Dr. Roche is phenomenal at what he does, and he honestly cares, I could never thank he and his staff enough for what they’ve done for me.

This review is for Nicole B., Dr. Zaidan’s M.A. She comes in the room and takes my vitals each visit and we always exchange brief pleasantries before Dr. Zaidan comes in. When I scheduled my hysterectomy, among other surgical procedures, I was made aware that this would be done at MIAS (Michigan Institute of Advanced Surgery), a surgery center. I am an O.R. nurse and I am well aware of the complexities of surgery, including what can go wrong. Though it doesn’t happen often, there are certainly risks with any surgery. When I found out that I would be having a hysterectomy at a surgery center, I became extremely nervous. I was really scared about this. When I went to my pre-op appointment, Nicole came into the room to take my vitals. I ended up voicing my concerns. Nicole spent a lot of time talking with me about my concerns. I won’t go over our entire discussion, but I can tell you this…Nicole showed me the compassion and gave me the reassurance that I needed to make all the decisions that I needed to make. Dr. Zaidan is a great doctor. Behind the great doctors are great staff that help them be so great! Nicole is one of those behind the scenes, people that make the doctors so amazing. I am now 10 days post-op. Surgery and recovery went very well and so far, I am very pleased with how everything is going. Thanks, Nicole!

Dr. Zaidan is great! I have been dealing with an extremely heavy menstrual cycle for years and endometriosis for as long as I can remember. After much thought and many discussions with Dr. Zaidan about all my issues I was having, I decided to go ahead with surgery. When I was scheduled for surgery, I was told that this procedure would be done at MIAS (Michigan Institute of Advanced Surgery) a surgery center. Being an O.R. nurse, I am well aware of the process to surgical procedures. I have to say, I was extremely concerned about having a hysterectomy at a surgery center! What do you mean I will be sent home right away? What? I won’t be spending one night in the hospital? These thoughts made me very nervous. When I went to my pre-op appointment, Dr. Zaidan’s M.A., Nicole B., came into the room to take my vitals just like any other visit. I must have had a certain look on my face; nervousness…scared. I ended up talking with Nicole for quite some time about my concerns. She was awesome! She said all the right things to reassure me. I won’t go into all the details of what was said, but I did feel so much better about my decision to have the surgery, about my decision of all the procedures I would be having done and about having it done at MIAS. I am 10 days post-op now. So far, I am still happy with my decision. Thank you, Nicole, for helping me in my decision making process and calming my nerves!

Women’s Excellence is the only place I recommend to anyone with Endometriosis or other issues. Dr. Zaidan is amazing and so is his staff! He is the only doctor I trust to treat my Endometriosis (excision surgery is used). He really cares about his patients and listens to them. You can tell his patients are important to him. I have been a patient for a few years now and I have always been impressed with the patient care. The offices use up-to-date technology very well and have an amazing website, patient portal, and lots of in-house diagnosis options. I cannot express how thankful I am for Women’s Excellence and Dr. Zaidan!!! I wouldn’t go elsewhere if I was paid too.

I had a breast augmentation done June, 2015. I cannot day enough about the doctor and staff! Dr. Roche spends time with you and helps make the decision with you! Three of my sisters has previously used Dr. Roche and i knew i would use him as well. My Best friend just had a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Roche as well. We all LOVE him and the staff. You couldn’t ask for better service. It’s like a little family when you walk in. It might be time to see them again!! ;-). Thank you for being a “people’s” Doctor!
