Looking into this Plastic surgeon was the best thing I ever did!!! Words cannot describe the way they made me feel at this office!!! Janine- talked to me several times way before my surgery, so patient and informative Jenny- helped pre- op and post op after waking up from surgery! talked to me through everything- so patient and caring- I remember asking jenny while I was still drowsy – if They (breasts) were beautiful and she said oh you absolutely came out beautiful- sweet voice- so calming… dressed me and helped me. Tracey helped me find a facility for covid rapid test – when I went in for surgery Tracey literally held my hand so tight with such confidence before I was being put under anesthesia, I felt so respected and valued! and Amanda the anesthesiologist was absolutely wonderful!! Dr Roche came in before surgery talked to me said what he thought would be best- and let him do his magic …. He has the most gentle hands!!!! Literally an artist! I mean I literally felt like they were family… HANDS DOWN- AMAZING STAFF – AMAZING DOCTOR!!!!!

Today 1/7/2020 I went into the office for a consultation and I must say I LOVE THE STAFF. They are so sweet and energetic. They are also nice looking which is a plus because I judge everything when searching for the perfect doctor for my surgery. If the staffed looked WERID or out of shape I probably wouldn’t have went because that means they don’t trust the doctor so how could I lol. Dr. Roche was kind and patient and answered all of my questions. I’m so looking forward to having my surgery with him. I will keep u guys updated. So far so good I will soon become a RocheDoll 🥰

Dr. Zaidan is the most wonderful doctor I have ever seen. I went to see him after my primary doctor referred me. I have suffered for more than 30 years with chronic pain, heavy periods, and hormonal imbalances. I gave up hope after being told by other doctors that “it was normal” or “there was nothing else that could be done” after the only treatment they offered was numerous birth control pills. Dr. Z did none of that! He diagnosed me right away with Endometriosis based on my symptoms, set me up for exploratory surgery which verified that diagnosis, and put me on a treatment plan to reduce/eliminate the endo from coming back. After my surgery, I was pain free right away. For the first time ever I felt like myself. I cannot express how much trust I put in this doctor. Don’t give up hope if you are suffering. The other providers just don’t have the experience Dr. Z does. You will be SO happy you made the decision to see him!

I had lipo on my stomach/back/banana roll in Feb. 2020 and from the very first consultation I knew I was in the right place. I did a lot of research to find someone I felt would be worthy of a consultation. Dr. Roche has the most updated tools/techniques for lipo which is why I chose him. He is very good at what he does and is very up to date with newer techniques. A lot of other surgeons in Michigan do not have some of the more updated technology for lipo. I am 4 weeks post-op now and the entire office staff has been great every step of the way. I can text them if I have a question and they respond promptly. Dr. Roche & all of the ladies in his office are amazing! Everyone is so professional and helpful. They really make you feel like family. I would highly recommend Dr. Roche without a doubt.

I drive from Lexington Mi specifically to see Dr. Zaidan after previously going to Obgyn’s and not getting any answers for my symptoms. With Dr. Z i finally felt like a doctor was listening to me and was going to help. I have now had two surgeries and my high opinion of him has only grown. As well as being an excellent doctor and surgeon he talks to you like you are a real person. I have always had positive experiences with all of his staff at both the Lake Orion and Lapeer locations. 5+ stars from me!

Dr. Zaidan is exceptional at what he does and the staff at Women’s Excellence is friendly, compassionate, and concerned for your health and care. I recommend people to Women’s Excellence often because of the skilled and knowledgeable physicians that prioritize your health and offer quick feedback (even on the weekends or middle of the night)!!!!
Came here for an ultrasound appointment. The building was nice plus the staff was amazing. Everything went smoothly.
