Every time I go there I get outstanding service. Today I wanted to write a review because the reception was great, the nurse was efficient, and I saw Dr Caela Hesano who was kind, professional, caring, and most importantly a good listener. They will not ask you do a test if you didn’t need it. Staff are very attentive. They respond faster if you are in their portal.

WHERE DO I BEGIN, WELL MY BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AMAZING DOCTOR AND HIS AMAZING STAFF ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST, FROM THE VERY FIRST CALL TO MY EXITING FROM THE OFFICE AFTER MY SURGERY. I HAD SEARCHED FOR A WELL PUT TOGETHER DOCTOR WHO I BELIEVED WOULD GIVE ME WHAT I NEEDED IN SPITE OF SOME OF THE UNPLEASANT PATIENT REVIEWS THAT I READ. I GAVE IT A LOT OF THOUGHT AND DECIDED THAT DR. ROCHE WAS THE ONE. ALL PATIENTS WANT IS A DOCTOR/PATIENT INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP, BUT HONESTLY, I FEEL IT’S TOO IMPOSSIBLE. BUT HIS STAFF JENNY, JANINE AND TRACEY ARE HIS SIDE CHICKS THAT KNOWS HIS MINDSET AND THEY DELIVERED LIKE NO OTHER. I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOOOOOOOVE DR. ROCHE AND HIS STAFF. THEY MADE ME FEEL THAT DAMN COMFORTABLE FROM DAY ONE, HECK FOR A MINUTE I THOUGHT WE WERE BLOOD RELATED 😂. MY BREAST AUGMENTATION WAS AN EXPERIENCE I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER AND CHERISH. I LOOK AMAZING, AND HIS YOUR YEARS OF EXPERTISE GAVE ME THE LOOK I NEEDED AND THANKING YOU DR. ROCHE IS NEVER ENOUGH. I WILL GIVE 2 THUMBS UP AMD PASS ALONG WHAT I KNOW TO OTHER WOMEN WHO ARE DESIRING A POSITIVE CHANGE. THIS PATIENT LOVES DR. ROCHE AND HIS STAFF ENDLESSLY 😘🥰🤗!

I have not had a bad experience in the 5+ years that I have been seeing care givers at Women’s Excellence. I specifically chose this practice because I suffer from endometriosis. Dr. Zaidan is the best and I feel I can trust him to make the best decisions for my health. And if I don’t agree with something or have feedback, he listens and we change course. I’m in the office a lot for monitoring of something or another and the staff greets me by name most of the time. I love the ultrasound woman. I really don’t have a bad thing to say.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr Bouhana and her staff. So professional and friendly. I have been treated so kindly by everyone. Dr Bouhana performed a procedure for me at Royal Oak Beaumont and the care I received was outstanding and I am truly grateful!

Dr. Roche, Jenny, Janine and the rest of his staff were absolutely magical! By the time I went in for my surgery I felt like I personally knew everyone in the office, although I had never met them in person! I had a date in mind for my surgery and they accommodated me and even opened up a previously closed date! Everything prior to surgery was handled electronically, via text, email and over the phone- communication was MAGNIFICENT! All documents were signed electronically and when changes were needed they sent edited paperwork right away! All of my questions were answered promptly and accurately! Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy well in advance and the pre-surgery regimen was thorough and easy to understand. The lab messed up some of my lab work and the office called right ways did that the situation could be rectified. Surgery day was a breeze! Everything took less than half a day and was safe and clean. There is no need to go to Miami or out of the country for surgery when there is a diamond in the rough like Dr. Roche here in Michigan. If there was an option to give an extra star I would. Dr.Roche and his team are amazing! *Note: I am 8 days post-opp and I loved my results after day 1!!. I’ll be back to update my review later!

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Dr. Zaiden and his wonderful team at all the locations ive been too! Every single person is incredibly nice and they are very understanding! Ive seen plenty of OBs before going to Womens Excellence and nobody has been able to make me feel “normal” in a long time. I have Endometriosis and IC, both diseases have taken a complete toll on my life both work and home, I wasn’t able to work or do much housework.. After two months I’m able to go on a couple walks a week with my dog and go to the store without needing to run to the bathroom every 15 minutes. I’m able to start gaining back pieces of my life thanks to having the right doctor who listens and actually wants to help their patients and I hope that more people who are looking for help or answers they will go see them!!

I first went to Dr. Roche for a consultation for rhinoplasty. He assured me that he would be able to get the results that I had wanted and the process would go smoothly. He made me feel confident and assured throughout the whole process. After I got my surgery I wanted to go back and tweak a few things after I had healed enough. Dr. Roche was more than accommodating and got me to the exact goals that I had in mind for myself and I am thrilled with the results and I am barely two weeks out of surgery . On top of that, his staff is unbelievable. The women there, god bless them, are phenomenal. They answer every question you may have and they take their time and make you feel so comfortable like you’re family. They are the sweetest women you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. That being said, Dr. Roche is fantastic. He is a surgeon of high caliber and skill. He gave me exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend this wonderful man and his wonderful staff. My whole family has now gone to him and had multiple procedures done and they could not be happier as well. Dr. Roche and his staff are truly deserving of every bit of praise they receive.
