I had an emergency and they saw me that day. Not only did I have an emergency but, when calling the night before I was able to speak with someone who said go to the emergency room. Even before the emergency room when I had to set up appointments they were understanding of my situation and welcomed me back after I had slept through an appointment. This week has not been easy and they made it ten times better.
