Was back for an in-office biopsy procedure, and despite my anxiety over the “unknown” I was facing, Dr. Hartford was wonderful. She informed me how it would go, reassured me she would stop immediately if I asked, kept me aware of each step what was happening, was very gentle-handed and made time for my concerns and questions after completing the procedure and next steps. I have found this office to be very compassionate, organized, and I’m glad this is my new medical team for gynecology and management of my menopause.
