Virtual Visit Instructions

Our virtual care system is easy and convenient for you! All you will need is access to a smart phone or a computer/laptop with a webcam and microphone. We recommend using your smart phone because there is a camera and speaker already built into it! We are compatible with both Android and Apple users.

Upon scheduling your visit, you will receive email instructions on how to start your virtual visit.

Iphone/ipad Users:

  • Please download the “WE Virtual Care” application in your app store.
  • At the time of your visit, please click the check-in button below or click on the link in your text message notification to open the WE Virtual Care application. Your visit information will be pre-loaded.
  • When the virtual waiting room is open, please click “Check In” and wait for your provider to join your visit.

Android Users:

  • Click on the “Check-In” button below or the link in your text message notification. Your information will be pre-loaded.
  • When the virtual waiting room is open, please click “Check In” and wait for your provider to join your visit.
  • We recommend testing your device with these instructions prior to your visit. We also recommend that you start your virtual visit 5 minutes before your scheduled time. If you have any questions, please email us at SVC@womensexcellence.com.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our virtual visits are 15 minutes long. Our system will automatically end your visit at the 15 minutes time mark. It is important to have all of your questions written down to maximize the time with your provider.

Do I have to sign a consent form?
  • We do require all patients to have an updated registration or consent form signed to be able to schedule virtual care visits. If you have questions about this, please contact our staff.
  • Here are instructions on how to sign your “Virtual Care” consent form.
What if I’m having trouble starting my visit?
  • We recommend testing your equipment prior to your visit. If you have any questions, please email us at svc@womensexcellence.com for assistance.
  • We understand that sometimes things just don’t go as planned! Should there be an issue at the time of your visit with your technology, our provider will call you.
